Per our lease agreement, HPM requires all rent payments must be made online via our website which is available 24/7/365 and 100% safe, secure, and encrypted. Our Tenant portal can be accessed by clicking here.

HPM accepts 3 types of online payments via our website and tenant portal, eCheck, debit or credit, but only one is 100% free and that is eCheck. Effective December 30, 2020, all credit card transactions are subject to a 2.99% fee (with a minimum fee of $3.50) and all debit card transactions are subject to a $9.99 flat fee. These fees are charged by a third party payment processing company and HPM has no control over nor profits from these fees in any way.

To avoid those transaction fees HPM strongly advises payment via eCheck, which is is 100% free, from a personal checking, business checking or savings account. Tenant eCheck enrollment instructions can be accessed by clicking here.
